When Alan makes fun of me for watching silly shows, I let him know that it is a requirement as editor of A Vintage Splendor. I have to be on the up and up on the latest trends! Case in point, Kelly invited us to another fab party themed Hart of Dixie meets polo match. I knew immediately I would need to try out Lemon Breeland’s style for a day, with a giant bow in my hair as the cherry on top. If I had not been binge watching the show, I would not have brought this fab look to the party.

I paired up vintage separates from my closet for a perfectly dixie look. The top is part of a two-piece look I wore for my friend’s wedding and the skirt has been a closet staple.
A friend snapped the sweetest pictures of my handsome hubby and I – we look quite dapper don’t we? I’m so glad he’s always game for dressing the part at parties.
As soon as I saw “Lemon Breeland” in my bloglovin’ feed I had to stop! I absolutely love Hart of Dixie! You channeled Lemon wonderfully 🙂 What a fun party idea!
Lemon must me somewhere feeling super jealous cause you did her so perfectly and looked even cuter than her! I love Hart of Dixie, my sister thinks is silly too but I happen to enjoy a simple and funny story once in a while. Pic of you and your hubby are adorbs!
