A lot of you have asked what pieces are a great investment when shopping new or vintage. At the top of the list is a great two piece set, whether it’s a top and skirt, vest and pants, or dress and jacket. The set goes a long way in your closet and you can wear the pieces individually or together – so that’s three outfits in one. Take this skirt as an example. I wear it with the matching top for a Grace Kelly inspired get up, but the top works well with my vintage Levi’s for a weekend casual look. I love the full skirt paired with a simple off the shoulder for summer right now.
