I had the pleasure of seeing one of my oldest friend’s marry her soul mate on Saturday night. I made sure I stocked up and used up my waterproof mascara and eyeliner – I did not want streams of black liner running down my cheeks all night long! I know, I’m such a sap, but I can’t help myself when I see two people so in love make a commitment to each other, especially when one of them is a dear friend.
Last week, I chatted with you a little about a new vintage treasure I found in LA called Sweet As Vintage. This outfit is one of the fabulous outfits they had in store and it really was perfect for the wedding. It was slinky enough not to get warm (despite the heat!) for the outdoor ceremony, but sleek enough for the gorgeous ballroom reception that followed. I’m excited to piece these pieces over and over again in so many outfits! As always, I love finding vintage pieces that are truly unique, but are still on trend.
