There’s nothing quite like a warm cup of coffee on a fall morning, especially on the weekends at home. During the week, Alan and I are usually running out the door and don’t have the opportunity to enjoy our morning coffee. On the weekends, however, it’s a ritual for us to sit back and enjoy our breakfast and coffee all morning long. I usually bake a batch of scones and croissants or Alan stops by the local French bakery and picks up a box of assorted goods for us. For our weekend breakfasts, I usually opt for flavored coffee for a perfect pairing – why not make breakfast a little more decadent right?
