How are you all holding up after the most depressing day of the year? For me, Monday wasn’t so bad since everyone set it up to be so terrible! It’s not too hard to top a day that is set out to be depressing right? To help set a less than depressing mood, I opted for pick me up outfit for work. I always read that maxi dresses for the office are a faux-pas but I disagree. With a structured blazer and simple jewelry, the look is workplace appropriate and comfortable. This Theory maxi dress has been a long time favorite of mine as I’ve dressed it up for a wedding and layered up for a cold winter day. Monday’s look was right in the middle and a good choice to start off the year’s supposedly most depressing day.
