I had the opportunity to preview the Maison de Luxe Showhome at the Greystone Mansion the other day and it was as amazing as that picture I shared on Instagram. If you’re in LA, you need to stop by and tour the home which opens today (11/7). Each room is designed by a different interior designer and let me tell you, it is a feast for the eyes and will have you inspired to decorate your home as soon as possible.
If Timothy Corrigan wasn’t standing around, I would have taken this chair and it’s twin home with me. They are 18th Century French chairs which he custom upholstered with this gorgeous pink fabric. #swoon
As much as I love vintage finds, I am a sucker for contemporary art and design. Oliver Furth used only contemporary designers and art in his space, which exudes a comfortable, welcoming art gallery feel.
The wallpaper in this Redmond Aldrich Design room and the coral wallpaper in the modern ladies’ powder room designed by Andrea Schumacher (1st picture) have me hoping for an accidental spill on the baby’s gender! Imagine a girl’s nursery with either of these gorgeous wallpapers! Ah! The design possibilities.
The Showhouse is open 11/7-11/8, 11/11-15, and 11/18-22 so be sure to visit before it’s too late!
Great post! I’m putting one up tomorrow. Such a fun day!!
