Love Bond

jonathan adler bond collection

My interior design style fuses modern girly glamour with vintage masculinity.

I love strong structural pieces (a la the works of Le Corbusier) mixed in with the opulent glass and brass pieces of modern day gems from Jonathan Adler and Woodson & Rummerfield.  I generally love statement pieces that speak to one or the other and avoid pieces that try to fuse together the old and the new.  The thrill of vintage and modern for me is taking these statement pieces to create a unique look; rather than have someone else do the fun work for me.  The Bond Collection from Jonathan Adler, however, has me thinking twice about mixing my two loves into one one wow piece.  The Bond Collection combines my loves of  the minimalist masculine pieces from decades gone with the glam pieces of today.

Good thing is Alan wants to invest one of these beauties.   I think the burled wood evokes a sense of Mad Men minimalism which reminds men of scotch and beautiful women.   We’re thinking of buying the console.  Which is your favorite piece?

Shop (or fawn over) the entire Jonathan Adler Bond Collection here.
