Ice Cream Date

Those who know me know that I love ice cream.  I will take an ice cream date over a fancy dinner any day and always prefer to eat my ice cream before a meal.  If I’m ever feeling sad or need a pick me up, Alan will drive straight to the ice cream shop to get me a double scoop of my favorite flavor.  It’s a little thing that makes a big difference.  Ice cream is something Melanee and I bonded over when we started working together; she and I grew from being blogger gals to colleagues and ice cream aficionados! We collaborate on projects, take ice cream breaks together, and are there for each other as friends – we’re hardcore like that.  I’ll be switching companies in a couple of weeks so these fabulous days are coming to an end and I feel that I’m going to leave a little bit of me at my current company.  But as they say, we’ll always have our ice cream dates.
