High Waist Denim Skirt

Last week my Mom came over to babysit Harlee so Alan and I could have a date night. It wasn’t the typical date night as dinner was quick and it ended with a stop at Whole Foods to pick up some diapers for Miss Harlee. Right before dinner, Alan snapped these pictures of me in the parking garage as Japanese Village in Little Tokyo. Oh, how things change when you have a baby! Of course, I was expecting the change and so far we’ve embraced it. While my late night research (aka online shopping) took a break during my preggo months, it’s making a comeback. One of the things I missed most during my pregnancy was high waist clothing. This high waist denim skirt was the first thing I picked up post pregnancy and I know I’m going to be wearing it non-stop this spring and summer. Until then, it’s back to Miss Harlee and some cuddle time!
