I found this halter dress from Forever 21 over 10 years ago and it’s one of my favorite dresses to pull out during summertime. When I bought the dress, I didn’t think it would last a year and here we are 10 years later! Many of my vintage pieces and classics I’ve kept for nearly a decade, but I really didn’t think I would love a simple and flirty halter dress from F21 for just as long.
