As women, we know we should always dress the part and be confident. But dressing in some dreadful frocks when we’re not feeling our best is neither confident nor appealing. Instead, I let my mood dictate the color scheme I’m going to wear. I would rather leave the house wearing all black, than let’s say leg warmers, my old gym sweatshirt, and a baseball cap. I was feeling a little blue yesterday, so I put on my favorite pants (in blue), threw up my hair in a messy bun, and was ready to face the day (it actually turned out to be a pretty fabulous day in the end). This trick has helped me face the days that I’m not just feeling my usual energetic self because I leave the house feeling confident!
Do you have any tricks for facing a tough day?
